Template

I have decided to try my hand at template making. Yes they might be crap and not of any use to anyone but I hope that maybe they will do for someone.

I have only made one for now but I will add more as soon as I make them, Click on the preview below for the download link.

Drama



This tutorial was written by me for those that have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
 Any similarity to other tutorials is not intentional.

Supplies:

Tube of Choice. I am using Arthur Crowe  If you want to use the same tube you must purchase it, and have license to use it from Here.
Scrapkit - I used an fantastic kit called No Drama Haterz, Which you can download Here. Thank you so much to Kristin for this beautiful kit.
Mask of choice. I used WSL_Mask82 which you can get Here.
 
Filters - Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow.

Font of choice. I used Black Jack which you can get Here.
Ok lets get started.

Open WSL_Mask82.
Open a new image 550 x 550 colour white.

Copy and paste Paper 13 as a new layer, Go to layers - New mask layer - From Image - Then in the pull down menu find your mask - Source Luminance. Invert mask data NOT ticked. Layers - Merge - Merge Group. Resize - 110%.
Copy and paste Frame 1 as a new layer, Resize - 75%.

Now using your magic wand click inside your frame, Go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 3.
Copy and paste Paper 10 as a new layer, Selections - Invert - Hit the delete key - Select none. Move this layer below the frame layer.

Copy and paste Splatter as a new layer just above the mask layer, then go to layers - Duplicate - Image - mirror.

Copy and paste Ribbon as a new layer, Resize - 65%.
Copy and paste Flower 1 as a new layer, Resize - 45%. Then go to layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Copy and paste Flower 2 as a new layer, Resize - 45%.

Copy and paste your tube of choice.
Ok now add any other elements that you like.

Now I like to sharpen each layer except the mask layer, so to do that just go to Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen and do this to all the layers I find it makes the tag look much more clear.

Make sure you add dropshadow to all the layers as well, I always use 2, 2, 35, 5, Black.

Then add your name with a font of choice.

Make sure to add your copyright.

Glamorous




This tutorial was written by me for those that have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
 Any similarity to other tutorials is not intentional.

Supplies:

Tube of Choice. I am using Keith Garvey, I purchased this tube when he was at MPT he now has his own store which is awesome so make sure you check it out Here.
 
Scrapkit - I used an fantastic kit called Glamorous collab, Which you can download Here. Thank you for this beautiful kit.
 
Mask of choice. I used Mask 217 which you can get Here.
 
Font of choice. I used Kayleigh which you can get Here.
 
Ok lets get started.
 
Open Mask 217.
 
Open a new image 550 x 550 colour white.
 
Copy and paste Paper 7 as a new layer, Go to layers - New mask layer - From Image - Then in the pull down menu find mask 217 - Source Luminance. Invert mask data NOT ticked. Then go to layers - Merge - Merge Group.
Copy and paste Beadstring as a new layer, Place at the bottom, Go to layers - Duplicate. Then Image - Flip.
 
Paste Beadstring again and then go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize and enter the numbers: Hue -231 - Saturation - 162.
 
Then go to Image - Mirror and place above the first purple beadstring, Then go to Layers - Duplicate, Image - Flip.

Copy and paste Frame 3 as a new layer - Resize - 90%.
 
Now using your magic wand tool click inside the frame and go to Selections - Modify - Expand by 4.
 
Copy and paste Paper 6 as a new layer, Selections - Invert, Hit the delete key. Selections - Select None.
 
Copy and paste Flower 4 as a new layer, Resize - 50% and place at the top left of the frame.
 
Copy and paste Flower 2 as a new layer, Resize - 50% and place in front of your first flower, Then go to Layers - Duplicate and move this layer below the first flower layer.
 
Copy and paste Flower as a new layer, Resize - 65% and place at the bottom right of your frame.
 
Copy and paste Felt Flower as a new layer, Resize - 50% and place in front of the other flower. Layers - Duplicate and move this layer below the first purple flower layer.
 
Copy and paste Purse as a new layer. Resize - 55%.
 
Copy and paste Shoe as a new layer, Resize - 45% and place beside the purse.
 
Copy and paste Earrings as a new layer, Resize - 35%.
Now I like to sharpen each layer except the mask layer, so to do that just go to Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen and do this to all the layers I find it makes the tag look much more clear.

Make sure you add dropshadow to all the layers as well, I always use 2, 2, 35, 5, Black.
 
Then add your name with a font of choice.

Make sure to add your copyright.

First Video Tutorial

Sorry this is really rubbish but its the first tutorial I recorded and uploaded to youtube so please dont be too harsh lol.

Supplies:

Scrapkit - I used an really beautiful kit called I'll Love You Forever, Which you can download Here. Thank you for this beautiful kit.
Template - I used Template 168 which you can get it Here.

Mask of choice. I used WSL_Mask26 which you can get Here.
Filters - Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow.
Font of choice, I used Al Sandra which you can get Here.
Ok lets get started.
Open WSL_Mask26.
Open your template and delete the credits layer.
Then click on your background layer and go to Layers - New Raster Layer - Flood fill this layer with White.
Go to layers - New mask layer - From Image - Then in the pull down menu find your mask - Source Luminance. Invert mask data NOT ticked. Merge group.
Layers - Duplicate - Image Mirror. This is just to make sure the mask covers the whole background area.
Ok now we are going to add papers to all the template layers, We do this by clicking on each layer and then going to Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat, copy and paste your paper then go to Selections - Invert - Hit the delete key and select none, And delete the original template layer.

Ok now add these papers to the following layers:
Paper 8 - Raster 4.
Paper 9 - Raster 2.
Paper 8 - Raster 3.
Paper 9 - Raster 2.
Paper 9 - Raster 6.
Paper 8 - Raster 7.
Paper 9 - Raster 12.
Paper 8 - Raster 13.
Now add both your tubes.

BCA



This tutorial was written by me for those that have a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.

Sorry this is really rubbish I just havent been feeling great but I tried my best so I hope its ok.

Supplies:

Tube of Choice. I am using Elias Chatzoudis. If you want to use the same tube you must purchase it, and have license to use it from Here.
Scrapkit - I used an really beautiful kit called Thinking Pink, Which you can download Here. Thank you for this beautiful kit.
Template - I used BCA Temp 3 which you can get it Here.

Mask of choice. I used WSL_Mask302 which you can get Here.
Filters - Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow.
Font of choice, I used Cocktail Script which is not a free font sorry.
Ok lets get started.
Open WSL_Mask302.
Open your template and delete the credits layer and the White stitches layer and unhide the backgroumd layer.
Go to Image - Resize - 94% with Resize all layers ticked.
Then click on your background layer and go to Layers - New Raster Layer - Flood fill this layer with #cb8b99.
Go to layers - New mask layer - From Image - Then in the pull down menu find your mask - Source Luminance. Invert mask data NOT ticked. Merge group.
Layers - Duplicate - Image Mirror. This is just to make sure the mask covers the whole background area.
Ok now we are going to add papers to all the template layers, We do this by clicking on each layer and then going to Selections - Select all - Float - Defloat, copy and paste your paper then go to Selections - Invert - Hit the delete key and select none, And delete the original template layer.

Ok now add these papers to the following layers:
Paper 2 - Resize 65%  - Large Pink Circle.
Paper 1 - Top Rounded Rectangle.
Paper 1 - Bottom Rounded Rectangle.
Paper 2 - Left Rounded Rectangle.
Paper 2 - Right Rounded Rectangle.
Paper 2 - Small Pink Circle.

Click on the polaroids layer, Then using your magic wand tool with the shift key held down and click inside both sides of the polaroids. Layers - New Raster Layers - Flood fill both parts with #f4bece. Select none.

Go to the Dot Swirls layers - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Layers - New Raster Layer - Flood Fill with #b86283. Delete the Dot Swirls layer.

Do the same thing with the kandi word art layer.
Now on the left pink frame, right pink frame and the glitter frame. Colorize with the following settings:
To colorize just go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize.


Now you can add your tube or tubes of choice inside your polaroids.

Copy and paste Bear 1 as a new layer - Resize - 40%.

Copy and paste Phone as a new layer - Resize - 20%. Image - Mirror.

Copy and paste Naillacquer as a new layer - Resize - 20%.

Copy and paste Ring as a new layer - Resize - 20%.

Copy and paste T-Shirt as a new layer - Resize - 20%.
Ok now add any other elements that you like.
